When should I install it?

At home on Wi-Fi, before you leave. Your plan starts counting days the first time it connects abroad.

Can I pay without a card?

Yes. Pay with FIB from your phone, or with FastPay or QiCard. Every price is in Iraqi dinar.

My payment went through but I have no eSIM.

Open My eSIMs. If the order says “Preparing”, it's being bought and will be ready in about a minute. If it says there's a problem, our team has been alerted. Please don't pay again.

Can I top up instead of buying a new eSIM?

Yes, for most plans. Open the eSIM in My eSIMs and choose Top up. The data is added to the same eSIM, so there's nothing to reinstall.

What if my phone is locked?

A carrier-locked phone can't use another eSIM. Check with your carrier before you buy.

Install it before you fly.

01Open Settings → Mobile ServiceTap Add eSIM, then Use QR Code. On iOS 17.4 or newer you can install straight from My eSIMs instead.
02Scan the QR codeOpen My eSIMs on another screen and scan it. Can't scan? Choose Enter Details Manually.
03Label it “KurdistanEsim”Keep your Iraqi line as the default for calls and WhatsApp.
04Turn on Data Roaming when you landOnly for the KurdistanEsim line. Days start counting the first time it connects.
